Tim Byrom
Tim Byrom founded Brint, Inc. in 1979 along with his wife of 41 years, Susan Byrom. He has been developing property and building custom homes on the Bolivar Peninsula since 1985. He developed the East end of Atkinson Rd., Brint Rd., Dunes East, Gulf Cedar, Surfside Addition, Surfside Estates and (currently) Pelican Point.

He believes in giving back to the community where one makes their living. As such, he ensures that Brint, Inc. supports the community via assistance with local events such as the Texas Crab Festival. He sits on the board of the Bolivar Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, who has awarded him the Honorary Citizen of the Year award. He is the current Board President of the Operation Red Wings Foundation as well as being an active board member of the Garth House in Beaumont.

Brian Byrom
Brian Byrom is a graduate of Texas A&M University, class of 2000. He and his two sons have a heart for the outdoors and spend much of their time on the Bolivar Peninsula as possible. They love fishing in the bay and scouring the coastline for wildlife and seashells. Brian manages the day to day operations of Brint, Inc. Additionally, Brian handles all new customer inquires for new home construction or land sales.

Brian has an artistic eye and many of the floor plans Brint, Inc. builds are of his design. He enjoys working hand in hand with each and every homeowner to ensure that he creates the design they have been dreaming of. He was instrumental in designing and implementing the plans for the Lone Survivor Center for Excellence on the Bolivar Peninsula. He also works closely with local officials to help ensure that every community Brint, Inc. serves is viewed as a partner; striving to make their community a great place to live.

Clint Byrom
Clint Byrom is a graduate of Texas A&M University, class of 2002. He and his wife of 20 years, Christina Byrom, have two daughters. Clint manages the administrative and accounting operations for Brint, Inc. Additionally, Clint is an ordained Pastor who serves as an Elder at his church. He is very active in his local community by severing on advisory boards to his local elected officials. Clint strives to ensure that the impact Brint, Inc. makes on communities it serves are those of honor, integrity, generosity, and servitude.
